Diogo Bach

Diogo was born in Vila Franca de Xira in 1990. He holds a master’s degree in Theater, with a specialization in Performing Arts (Theater and Music), from the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema. He completed the vocal training program at the National Conservatory’s School of Music, studying under Prof. António Wagner Diniz, and earned an 8th-grade certificate in Musical Theater from Trinity College London, with Distinction. In theater, he has worked with Sofia Ângelo, Ruben Saints, Ana Borralho & João Galante, Claudio Hochman, Fernando Gomes, Jorge Gomes Ribeiro, Martim Pedroso & João Telmo, Pedro Penim, Nuno Carinhas, Àngel Llàcer, Manu Guix, Federico León, Toni Cafiero, Ignacio García, Peter Kleinert, Rodrigo Francisco, and Mariana Fonseca, among others. In film, he appeared in Halder Gomes’s Vermelho Monet (2022). He directed the play Sobre o Cristal Transparente at the Malaposta Cultural Center in 2020. Founding member of the theater company A Corda. Winner of the Best Male Lead Performance Award at the National Theater Competition (2016) for his role in the play *O Bicho do Teatro* by Sofia Ângelo.
