A Portuguese-Guinean actress, she studied at the Cascais Professional Theater School. She began her artistic career in theater, appearing in productions such as *O Cais Oeste*, *A Mulher é Todo o Mundo*, *Além da Dor* (a show nominated for the Golden Globes), *Laboratoire Poison*, *José, o Pai*, *Corpos Celestes*, and *A Bunda Preta da Chuvinha*. In film, she appeared in the feature films *Diamantino*, *Submissão*, and *Tommy Guns* (*Nação Valente*), as well as in the short film *Blood Sweat and Tears*. In voice acting, she has collaborated with Disney, voicing various characters, including Sydney’s mother and the school principal in the series *Sydney to the Max*, as well as an employee at a jewelry store. She served on the jury of the Portuguese Film Academy in the Sophia Estudante category.
