Pien is a Dutch actor based in Berlin. Her work is driven by curiosity and a strong interest in truthful, human storytelling. She studied stage and camera acting in Berlin and was primarily trained in the Meisner technique, which brings out her most authentic, natural and truthful self. She is an actor who loves a challenge and is not easily intimidated, with a strong physical background through years of sport and semi-professional football. Languages have always been a strong part of her life and work. She speaks Dutch (including Flemish) and English fluently, and has also studied French, Spanish, and German, which continues to shape how she observes and expresses character and behaviour.
