Sofia Nogueiro
Sofia St. James is a London & Lisbon-based actor working in Film, TV, and Theatre. Recent screen credits include the short film Façade (2026), created by herself and Oscar Montoya, the feature film Custom of the Country (2026), directed by Josie Rourke, where Sofia played Sydney Sweeney’s double, and the TV series FELP (2025), directed by Manuel Pureza. Further work includes Mutation (2024) and Seven Feet Above (2023). She holds a BA in Theatre Arts and a three-year diploma from Academia Mundo das Artes. Informed by a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, Sofia employs a research-led approach to character development.
