Today, Owono Talents proudly celebrates its third birthday.

Exactly three years ago, Owono began in Berlin with a simple ambition: to build a trusted, people-first community that connects outstanding talents with companies where they can make a real impact. What started with just a handful of talented people has grown into a vibrant and expanding international community.

Over the past three years, we have had the privilege of working with inspiring talents, clients and partners who share our belief that meaningful professional connections can create lasting opportunities. Every introduction, collaboration and success story has helped shape Owono into what it is today.

Our journey has also taken us beyond Berlin. Last year, we were proud to open our Lisbon office, bringing us closer to Portugal’s dynamic talent. More recently, we opened our doors in Madrid, another exciting milestone that strengthens our presence across Europe and enables us to support even more talents and clients.

Growth is never only about new offices or new markets. For us, it is about people, the talents who place their trust in us as they take the next step in their careers, and the clients who rely on us to help build exceptional projects.
